Make sure to clearly label your racket with your name, phone number, postal address and email address and your requirements (if known). We recommend you wrap or box your racket to avoid damage (we do not assume responsibility for any damage during transit). We generally turnaround rackets in under 2-3 days but be sure to let us know if there is an urgent need for your racket given the postal transit times.

We will contact you to let you know we have received your racket and discuss requirements. When we have completed the work we will invoice you (payable online by credit card) and will dispatch the racket when paid.
